How do I track my shipment?

Why isn’t my tracking number working?
It may take up to 24-72 hours for UPS to update your tracking information from the date the shipment was picked up by UPS. If it’s been more than 72 hours and your tracking number still isn’t working, please contact our support team for help.
What should I do if my shipment is delayed?
Shipment delays can happen due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Check the UPS tracking details for updates. If you need further assistance, reach out to our support team.
What time will my package be delivered?
UPS typically delivers packages between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Check your tracking details for more specific delivery time estimates.
What happens if I’m not home when my package is delivered?
UPS may leave your package at a secure location, such as your front porch or a designated delivery spot. If a signature is required and you’re not home, UPS will leave a notice with further instructions.
My package says “Delivered,” but I can’t find it. What should I do?
First, check around your property, including porches, garages, or mailrooms. If you still can’t find it, contact UPS directly or reach out to our support team for assistance.
Will I receive delivery updates automatically?
Yes, UPS provides delivery notifications via email or text if you’ve signed up for UPS My Choice. You can also opt-in for alerts directly from the UPS tracking page.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item, then contact our support team immediately. We’ll work with UPS to resolve the issue and get you a replacement as quickly as possible.
