- We offer full refunds on unused Jenson Bike Shipping labels for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- To initiate a refund, contact our support team at cssupport@jensonbikeshipping.com and include your order number.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to appear.
